This is what is called an attempt at a gamejacking. There is no way to confirm that this has any link to the actual ARG, so you can safely assume that it is a clever fan pretending to be someone they aren't.

Didn't really look like a gamejack attempt. More like someone "playing along". I could be wrong, but the person who posted it doesn't seem to be asking us to do anything.

yea i agree with this. He's not really asking us to do anything. So there isn't anything to suggest game jacking in that way. Just playing along.
