I don't know if they were targeting younger girls, or just females in general. I don't mean that all females think he's attractive, but the ones who do seem to vary fairly widely in their ages.

Er, I don't even think he's average looking.. No offense, just SO far from my taste.. But then again, I like guys who at the very least look clean.. 
If I wasn't already watching the series, Jonas would not be incentive to start... I mean "younger girls" can find a million videos of good looking guys on YouTube, without having to wait days for a new two-minute clip of some guy whining about his parents just to get that fix..
Seriously, Jonas, wash your hair.. I'd be tempted to reconsider my current stance.. but as it stands- ew. If the Creators were seeking to draw in that target audience, they seriously missed the mark..
