[PUZZLE][SOLVED] 12-9-06 "XX/XY" (Ver. 1.0)

This thread is dedicated to figuring out the purpose of this puzzle. It, to my knowledge, is the only thing remaining:
There are 12 files within the "373a3135" folder. 11 of them are gemma vids.. you can view them by adding ".mov" to the end of the filename:
1c = "Nut Kills Man"
1f = "Living In London"
4c = "It's Not Your Decision"
6b = "They Disappeared..."
6d = "Horrid Flatmates"
6f = "Learning Egyptian"
46 = "Don't Trust The Authorities"
61 = "Someone's Following You"
62 = "A Watcher"
66 = "An Awkward Silence"
67 = "Scared To Go Home"
The twelfth file, named 69, seems to be a text file which reads:

Yyyy Yyyyyyyy?
It seems to me that the "Yyyy Yyyyyyyy?" is showing the format that the top line should look like, once solved.
The file names, when decoded from hex, are:

Thought I would also include that perhaps:
Xy = 1c, 1f, 4c, 6b, 6d, 6f = , ,L,k,m,o
XX = 46,61,62,66,67,69 = F,a,b,f,g,i

Curious, it may not matter...
Were the files actually IN numberical/alphabetical order on the SD card, or have we just rearranged them that way?

i like the theory that it all becomes "Look Familiar?" meaning that Gemma has something to do with Tachy and BilliehBob

That is the order they appeared within the file.

FallingIntoSin suggested they were coordinates, so I broke out the graph paper.

Interestingly, when you order by Date Modified you get a different order:

72 Hexes to "r", any mentions of 72 anywhere?
Also, in the beginning of the post it says:

I think those should be reversed...

yea the same thing is popping up to me too (male/female) ... but i doubt it has anything to do with it...
I really like the " Look Familiar " idea though. It runs along with a lot of our theories on Tach and Gemma and Op.
