Gemmas Latest Video; Dying Rose?

I don't often post on here, but I look around on here and work out where i think the story is going pretty much daily.
I've been thinking about Gemmas last video and I can't stop thinking about the fact that there was a dying rose next to her.
Does anyone else think that this 'Dying Rose' or 'Dying Flower' has anything to do with the plot line? Or do you think it was just a forgotten prop?
Let me know what you think.
Personally, I think it has a huge relevence to the story.
Maybe a hidden message from Gemma?
Or maybe a clue as to where the story is going.
Do you think maybe the rose represents Bree?
I probably sound like a psycho who's reading way too much into it, but hey, you never know.
If there is already a topic on this, sorry.
But I couldn't find one anywhere.

I don't think the creators would accidentally have a dying rose in a video. I'm sure it means something.

I've not developed a theory about the specific meaning of it, but it's so blatantly prominent in the video, it simply has to be significant. Especially when it can clearly be seen to deteriorate as the video progresses...somethings up with that. I can only imagine Gemma's trying to tell Bree something about her (Gemma's) recent shift in attitude.
I initially thought Gemma was either 1) a dingbat or 2) flat out evil, but in reveiwing all of her videos, I'm really starting to fall into the "the order got to her" camp. While she is giving them obviously bad advice, she is also making such a strong effort to get across to Bree that she should trust Daniel only. When you follow up advice with "don't necessarily trust me", that's definitly saying something. And when you consider that, if caught, Gemma will not likely "escape reward for her actions", it seems to speak all the more highly of her character.
So anyway, I do think that Gemma is clearly up to her armpits in Order influence, and is being coerced into giving Bree poor advice. However, I'm really starting to believe that Gemma is concerned for Bree's well being, and is trying to let her know (albeit rather crypticaly) that her "advice" is a trap. Somehow, the rose and the oddly placed third date story is supposed to be a clue to Bree about the nature of Gemma's situation.

The Creators KNOW that we pick everything a part in the background.
I think it was shown for a reason.

i thought it was just a summary of the symbolism of the story she told. she went on a horrible date and was making a video about it so she broke the rose.
if it had a more subtle presence in the video i might believe its more than that.
No

Here's what happened. They had to shoot her video over a long period of time and the light changed. With all of the heat in the room, the rose shriveled. Quite possibly, they may have had to go back and do a reshoot of her video due to changes in the plot. Who knows? I don't htink it means anything, but I owuldn't be sad if she got killed off.

Maybe she broke her date's/the girl's (who kissed him) neck and broke the rose & crammed it in a vase as a sentimental reminder of her fun date? Damn women

I don't think the creators would add anything to the plot that suggests harm to the actual actors.

Rose was the name of Aleister Crowley's wife. The story is interesting:
He married Rose Kelly, the sister of a friend, in 1893, and the two traveled together. With Rose in tow, the most significant period of Crowley's life was upon him. During a museum visit in Egypt, Rose found herself drawn to an ancient Egyptian artifact with the exhibit number 666, which depicted the Eygptian deities Hadit and Ra-Hoor-Khuit. Shortly after this encounter, Rose was overcome by the spirit of an entity known as Aiwass, who dictated "The Book of the Law" to Crowley over the course of three days.
The Book of the Law
On March 16, 1904, when he tries to shew the Sylphs by means of a ritual to his wife, Rose. Although she could see nothing, she did seem to enter into a light trance and repeatedly said, "They're waiting for you!" Crowley took Rose to the Boulaq Museum and asked her to point out Horus to him. She passed several common images of the god and led Aleister straight to a painted wooden funerary stele from the 26th dynasty, depicting Horus receiving a sacrifice from the deceased, a priest named Ankh-af-an-khonsu. Crowley was impressed by the fact that this piece was numbered 666 by the museum, the number that he had identified with since childhood.
He began to listen to Rose, and at her direction, on three successive days beginning April 8, 1904, he entered his room and wrote down what he heard dictated from a shadowy presence behind him. The result was the three chapters of verse known as The Book of the Law.
[edit] Divorce
Rose and Aleister divorced in 1909.
[edit] Children
Rose had two children with Aleister:
Nuit Ma Ahathoor Hecate Sappho Jezebel Lilith: born in July, 1904; died in Spring, 1906
Lola Zaza: born in 1906.
I don't really know if that pertains much to the story, but there ya go.
Also, I have two other theories regarding the rose:
1. It may be like the rose in Beauty and the Beast, where the rose's life correlated with that of the Beast. I'm thinking the rose would relate to
Bree's parents, possibly.
2. I think Time has become a huge factor in the LG15 and OpA-Tachy storylines. Clues and underlying meanings often concern Time. I believe the rose may symbolize
Time. Time is dying, breaking, wilting...running out?

I really don't know what the symbolism with the rose may be , but there certainly a lot of interesting theories, here.
Just remember, though. Sometimes a rose is just a rose.
