A she. In Tachyon's last video, she recorded a phone conversation from Gemma about Op in which Gemma said:
"Op isn't mad at me, at least I hope she isn't"
So clearly the op discussed was a she.

OpA is a plural entity, representing a division of the Order to which Bree belongs. Our contact within OpA (frequently referred to as OpA, Op, or Oppy) appears to be female, but is not the woman in any of the OpA videos.
