A few tips - avatars and signatures

Hi gang. Just a few tips since a lot of you are new to the forums...

Avatars need to be properly sized so that everyone can view your posts in the forum. Try to keep them around 100x100 pixels, with some minor variance acceptable.

Also, please don't use external images in your signatures. This slows down loading time, and the Creators have asked no images in signatures be used unless you're using the site's own smileys.
