Hi - I don't know if this was ever discussed, but I found this link
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/quer ... uids=10033
That describes 10033 as a gene - arylsulfatase E pseudogene - which is found on chromosone Y.
I know Tach has talked about X and Y before, and of course we know all about the late Mr Bree's work experience. Could "Brother" be a gene experiment?
Has this been discussed somewhere?

The X and Y Tach is talking about is a type of puzzle she's given us.enigma117 wrote:I know Tach has talked about X and Y before,

*Claps!* Brilliant!
Pub med can be evil, so I'll try to do some more research about the gene. Good job!
Edit:
Found this:
http://www.genecards.org/cgi-bin/carddisp.pl?gene=ARSEP
It has some interesting numbers:
Yq11.21 (the Entrez Gene cytogenetic band? not sure what that is)
q11.21 (the location of the gene on the chromosome: not sure what the numbers mean, but the q refers to the q arm of the chromosome)
Also, the gene is 15,261 bp long.
Anyways, hope this is relevent.

We improve with time. Like a fine wine, really.
