What is this? anyone heard of this before?

Nothing on youtube, though.
I am intrigued by fan-created material. I think it allows people to show their creativity, no matter the quality and allows viewer to watch it with no strings attached.
I'm not sure if this one is connected to any other stories around here (Frank maybe? Cassie? ). I kind of understand it, but don't. The music reminds me of Sam has 7 Friends.
