After going through about 40 pages of searches on google images, I'm still unable to find the picture there.
I have used the search Terms "Doctor" "Doctors" "Dr." "Surgeon" "Surgeons"
and I'm still unable to come up with that picture. Next I will try yahoo...

In order from end to start:
Female: "Alright, throw her back in the room"
Male: "no, don't need that" (I think that's it)
Female: "OK Do it now."
Male: "Yeah let's do that"
Female: "Watch out for any movement"
Male: "No, don't need that" or Use that???
Female: "We can't we're not done with her"
Male: "Why don't we get rid of her"
Male: (mungled) "No wonder we caught her"???
Male: "I'll go get the others"
Male: "What should we do with her?"
Male: "Take away the key"
Male: "She's probably hallucinating"
Male: "What's she ding here?"

It was a yet another professional step-up from her last video. Darker, and using reverse audio. the creator of this video is getting much better.
