LAD, FTW, IMO: GEOCACHE DRAMA

Okay. Let me remind everybody that:

1. LAD DROVE SIX HOURS to get this DROP.

2. HE PAID FOR HIS OWN GAS and USED HIS OWN TIME.

And finally

3. I'm SURE if you are WILLING to drive all that way to put the logbook back, LAD will mail it to you.

Man, what a lot of ungrateful people, no wonder I can't stand this site most of the time. And, yes, for the record I GEOCACHE and if this happened to me, well, I'd get over it and plant a new logbook. GEOCACHE's get jacked all the time, at least time it was accidently.

In fact, just for fun I'm going to go and jack 10 GEOCACHE's, everyone who reads this should also go jack 10 GEOCACHE's or risk being flamed by me  .

That's right I'm ready to rumble.

And Lad, your my hero, I love and respect you and think you the best guy in all of California. I'm sorry that there is a lot of haters on this forum. You have gone above and beyond the duty to get drops for us, I know you have logged at least 20 hours in car if not more and you've never even asked for gas money. Your simply the best.

PS: Burn the logbook, imo, and film it.

*sigh*

Nobody is ungrateful towards Lad. There is no geocache drama. It was a simple mistake o Lad's part because he didn't know any better.

MY GOODNESS PEOPLE! Quit trying to put drama where it doesn't belong.

The "drama" was because a certain Op was a little frustrated and cranky and decided to take out her frustration on several other posters. I'm just the one with the balls to call her to the carpet on it. It has NOTHING to do with Lad or his awesome recovery attempt.

There.

No drama here...despite attempts to the contrary.

FIS...you really need to find evidence of my slamming LAD or being upset with him or back off.

Girlfriend,

You got too much time and too much ego if you think this thread was about you personally and not about the whole geodrama. Sadly, there were more dull crayons in the box who thought Lad should drive hours back to return it. See, you're not a dull crayon, you're just a broken one.

I don't think you've been mentioned once in this thread. This is a thread to inform EVERYONE (idiots included) how hard Lad works for us.

Now back to the Lad Lovin'.

Except for the fact that you posted the very same info in the other thread in a post directed towards me. You have repeatedly said you thought I was upset with him...when I'm not, nor have I ever been. You said you're pretty sure he hates me, when there's really no reason for him to hate me.

Nobody in the drop thread ever said that...if it was said in chat, that just reemphasizes my point that it should have been well addressed in the DROP summary...just once and to the point. Yet it wasn'tm even though it was mentioned in the thread.

The idea of him driving all the way back is silly. Should it be returned? Sure...it was an innocent mistake...and if it can be returned it should. But driving it back isn't the only way to get that accomplished.
