Video editing forum

A forum on video editing would be useful for the readers who want to try their own videos, or build on selections from existing videos.
If the light passes through the window, does the dark pass also?

I agree that this would be useful, but so many people use so many different programs. I use windows movie maker. so i just googled "windows movie maker tutorials' and I got all kinds of help.
