Do you think the Bruce Wayne reference Bree makes to Jonas has any sort of significance considering all the speculation that maybe Jonas knows more than he appears to, or that there is something else going on there. Maybe Jonas is like Bruce Wayne afterall. heh.

He has a secret identity, obviously. He's HamsterMan! (See my signature for more info).

It's not just the secret identity....there are a LOT of parallels to Jonas and Bruce Wayne.

Who's Who in the Superman Comics
Bruce Wayne
One of America's richest men, Bruce Wayne is the ultimate man of mystery. Many men want to be him, and many women want to be with him. But despite his obvious popularity and status, the public still knows little about this industrious young man. What is known is that his parents were killed in a brutal, senseless act of violence. A prominent doctor, Thomas Wayne was a leading surgeon. His wife - Martha, was a star socialite. While walking home from a movie with their son, the couple was gunned down by an unknown hood. Using the fortune they left behind, Bruce Wayne has become the C.E.O. and driving force behind Wayne Enterprises, one of America's leading corporations. With extensive holdings and several subsidiaries - including the scientific/technological corporation WayneTech, Wayne Enterprises remains one of the most powerful corporate entities around the world, right behind LexCorp and Galaxy Communications.
A personal favorite of Bruce Wayne's is The Wayne Foundation - a nonprofit organization that operates charitable works dealing with children and wayward adults. The bulk of Wayne Enterprises is headquartered in Gotham City. However, Bruce Wayne does own other business entities - specifically The Daily Planet newspaper. The latest owner of the erstwhile news source, Wayne has entrusted Publisher Perry White with the operations of the daily newspaper. Bruce Wayne also owns The Sullivan Building, the large residential complex in Metropolis.
As the public respects and admires Bruce Wayne, only a handful of individuals are aware that he is secretly The Dark Knight Detective known as Batman. Having worked with and assisted Superman countless times, the two are truly friends; this despite Bruce Wayne's aloofness, and solitary manner. The public has no idea how close Bruce Wayne is to both Clark Kent and his wife Lois Lane. Also, the public is completely unaware of how Wayne disdains corporate kingpin and U.S. President Lex Luthor. Their rivalry extends outside the business world, as Wayne and Luthor covertly operate on different sides - with Wayne dedicated to upholding justice, and Luthor existing above the law, and using corruption and crime to fuel his personal agendas.
Information on Bruce Wayne.
They are both orphinks, rich, and try to right wrongs (well, at least thats what it seems Jonas is doing)

Jonas actually made the reference to himself first. In the vid "Happy Thanksgiving" he tells us that he's an orphan, "more Bruce Wayne than Oliver." He's talking about being left with a big house and lots of money, but there certainly seems to also be a desire to help others.

Wow, there really are a lot of similarities. I wonder what it means?

So I'm guessing.....Superman and Lois Lane are daniel and bree?
Daniel is always saving Bree from danger (the order), and there isn't really a love connection between them yet, right?
I dont know, I've never read comics, my only background of superman is the movie Superman Returns.
I really hope this series isn't just a satire of superman.

Well, Superman and Clark Kent haven't been mentioned yet, so I think we're safe!

Also any hardercore comic book lover would freak out if they heard anyone intertwine superman and batman...my brother is a comic book freak and he actaully has multiple times. So if Bree and Daniel come into this analogy at all, its probably not as Superman and Lois Lane. But it is interesting that the reference came up twice.

It's sooo OBVIOUS what this means... Bruce Wayne isn't the REAL Batman... Jonas is...

So doesn't this mean that Jonas is a good guy? Because Bruce Wayne/Batman is a good guy. Please let it mean he's not evil! He's too cute to be evil! Plus, as someone pointed out in another thread, we've already had to double cross with Gemma. It would be a little tired.

That's exactly what I've always thought.

Isn't the Bruce Wayne reference another Orange Slurpee type thing. There was some sort of reference to Jonas is No Bruce Wayne in a fan video and in the forums?
