How is OP having cameras everywhere? Didn't the kids check everywhere for cameras? Do they have some super technology?

What do they want exactly?? If they know where she is and know what she does, why don't they just TAKE her?

Hey Megaman. =P

The theory is that they never just TOOK her because they need her to come willingly.

lol, I dont think they have any SUPER technology, but I think Bree and Daniel are just a little naive and they've never been in a position like this before so they don't really know how to react or what to expect.

I don't think Bree and Daniel knew the severity of the situation. They wouldn't think to look for cameras/bugs.

After all, we all know Bree's mom was a strong believer in free will; The Order probably is.

That seems to be the case, but at the same time, it seems that they have a really skewed view of what free will is when they're throwing around unfair ultimatums.

There is an episode where they checked for bugs in their hotel room.

Why would her father WANT to be killed?

I don't believe that Daniel went WILLINGLY with this group and posted that stupid/creepy video.
I did read someone say that he may have been involved with them the whole time which explains why her parents let him play with Bree, but things still don't make sense.

Is OP APID (Whatever) someone's little side story that they are incorporating into canon because I am confused. (Same thing with cassie?)

Thats true, they are somewhat forcing them to make a decision in their favor. It might not be what they truely wanted and it might not an original thought by Bree, but the Order is definately influencing her enviroment to force THEIR decision upon her...Either way, her giving herself to them, even though in the exchange for Daniel, she is giving herself to them of her own free will.

yeah, if Bree has to do the ceremony willingly, then why is the Order holding Daniel against his will?

How can an organization that has an intrest in mind control(cuz Daniel is obvisously under some sort of mind control) believe in free will???

Perhaps for certain ceremonies, such as the one Bree is to be involved in, require her to come of her own free will. As for the mind control, I'm sure that is something they have always practiced...maybe in a sense, they think that by convincing the person to do what they want--they have no argument from that brainwashed person--so in a way that person thinks they are doing what they-themselves want.

I don't know, even if she is making her own decision to give herself up for Daniel, it's still definitely some sort of coersion.

I see your point about being coerced, but I kind of think it still qualifies as Free Will if you have the ability to say no.....even if it isn't a great option.

I suppose you're right... The distinction that anything short of physically forcing her into the ceremony is "free will" just seems so arbitrary and weak. But really, what other reason would they have for not just making her do it?

True, even though that seems a bit of a contradiction, since they basically are forcing her to do it, by playing mind tricks on her.

But since she is turning herself in and saying that she has decided to do the ceremony....she's decided this all herself...so she is going to them willingly.
