"The Test" Deacons post

Hey guys! This is my first post in the forum. I was just reading through the Deacons responses on their lgpedia page, and I noticed that, though the locations had been solved for a few other posts, the directions for this spot (33.595925-117.587665) had not. I'm sorry if this has already been solved in another place on the forum - this set up is pretty overwhelming!
Anyway, my guess is that it most likely refers to 33 degrees 59' 59.25" N. The second is a bit strange though, because if you read it straight across it would read 117 degrees 58' 76.65"W, which is obviously not a valid direction. Using Google Earth to track the location, I got as close to the given location as possible. The directions point to an area that's actually quite populated (the closest building looks like a school)- strange, since the videos always say that Jonas lives in the middle of no where. But if you look for 33 degrees 59' 59.25"N 117 degrees 59' 16.65"W (by converting 76 seconds to another minute and 16 left-over seconds), Google Earth leads you to a rather woody area with a few scattered houses. The location is SE of LA and NW of a town called Hacienda Heights.
Sorry if this "mystery" has already been solved, or if I'm waaay off track!
This location does seem to go against the triangular radius set by OpAphid in the "Lose Something" video, but *shrug*!
Thanks Guys!
