Dead threads

I mentioned to Terryfic - most other boards I've been on have had a place for mods to banish locked, irrelevant, and redundant posts...the "dead threads" forum.
It always worked out nicely - they're always there for reference if really needed, but not cluttering up things and making the board harder to navigate.
