When I proposed to my wife, I had planned to take her to a movie and then a romantic dinner, where I planned to pop the question. Only I got anxious and couldn't wait, so I wound up on one knee in the middle of the mall on the way to get our movie tickets

Awww..that is cute. Congrats from me too...it probably won't matter how/where you do it if she's the one anyway, so don't worry too much about a plan.wintermute wrote:When I proposed to my wife, I had planned to take her to a movie and then a romantic dinner, where I planned to pop the question. Me and my key...same as it ever was.
Congrats!! Don't worry about planning, or trying to be uber-romantic. The best things in life are the spur of the moment happenings, where you let you feelings drive. You'll know when and you'll know how....just relax and your heart will take care of everything.
It's official!! I'm getting married September 28, 2007!!

Aww, Jason!! Congrats!! Lets see--yeah, definately remember to floss AND take breath mints. As someone who is oddly addicted to those proposal shows ( ), the thing I'm gonna suggest is to go over what you're gonna say in your head a couple of times before you do it. "Uhm"s and "Like"s aren't romantic.
But no matter what you do, you're gonna be fine. You both love each other, so what else matters?
