Water is generally a symbol for rebirth, "baptism" I think it has this meaning in the videos. Time for new life and to be reborn. Spring is usually the time fo this and the spring equinox is approaching. i could be wrong though.....

There does seem to be a symbolic ceremonial cleansing/regeneration theme happening here. I'm also sensing something along the lines of "creation" or "the origins of life" running through many of the vids and images. *sigh* I just can't tie it all together.

Is Ms Kelly having an existential crisis?

edited to add: I know that somewhere in my reading for last term I stumbled across something about a festival where women swam out into the water with flower offerings... (note the flowers floating in the water in the vids). I just can't remember where I saw it, and it's driving me crazy! lol. Anyone remember anything like this?

I wish I knew what we are trying to solve. I thought we were trying to help Professor Boone free Ms. Kelly from TiKO. But now she's back (although somewhat altered) and the professor is gone. I'm intrigued but I'm confused too Selena. I'm not sure what we are supposed to figure out?

This looks like a message from Professor Boones answering the questions we have about what we are supposed to be solving for. It's good to know the Professor is keeping an eye on things. It seems we can always count on him for clarifying any confusion that arises.

I thought She was referring to Ms. Kelly. I thought the question meant Why is Ms. Kelly allowing TiKO to take the upper hand at HSAO? To me, the answer to that was obvious - they took her away for a weekend Seminar on water sports, and now she's programmed to do anything they tell her to do.

So let's take a look at what we know -

• The mysterious "They", i.e. "Who are they?"

Hmmmmmm... Not TiKO. Probably the generous donors behind TiKO. All of them? Some of them? My wild guess would be Jonas' parents, because of the TiKO JonasTKO connection - plus the fact that he most likely was homeschooled, so may have been a student of HSAO - but is that blurring the lines of canon/not canon too much? And aren't they supposed to be dead?

So what evidence do we have that points to who "They" are?

• What do they seek?

This question is most confusing and disconcerting to me. Why would the powerful and influential "They" concern themselves with a tiny little aggregate of homeschoolers and their devoted school marm? Seems like they would have bigger fish to fry?

• What have they done?

Well, we know they locked Ms. Kelly in substandard accomodations, submitted her to considerable stress in which it appears water was involved, and she returned to us not quite herself. What's up with that? Daniel, at least, got Pizza, Ice Cream and Spin Art! Looks like "They" are pretty hard core. "They" make OpAphid look like a pussycat

What else have they done? It seems like we are looking for something pretty specific here.

• Why is she allowing it?

My first thought on this was that Ms. Kelly is the "She" referred to in this question, however Theresa's comment suggesting it might be referring to Bree is giving me cause to rethink this. Possibly this question goes deeper than it appears on the surface.

I propose that we revisit the clues we've gathered thus far in the context of the framework provided by these questions. (Or has that already been done and I missed it? )
