Bree's "Mom" - now what?

Her Parents, Lucy, The Order... they just might respond.

Bree's "Mom" - now what?

Post by asti »

You were high in the Order before allowing Bree to choose not to participate in the ceremony. Your husband has been executed and the girl you raised as a daughter is on the run and hiding. Where are you? Can you not assist Bree? Are you on OpAphid's team or even OpA herself?

Who said that she agreed to Bree not participating in the ceremony?

Response to Ladron

Post by asti »

...made me look! After her parents discussed the decision not to participate with the deacons, with their "too late" response, her mother told Bree to stay where she was (episode 66, at Daniel's). I thought that implied support to stay away from the ceremony in light of later events. In retrospect, it could be interpreted in a different way.

So, there's another question for Bree's mom...

Thanks for adding another dimension to my interpretation of events.

Maybe Daniel is part of the order, that is why they let him come over into her room with the door shut and that is why her mom told her to stay with him.

Clearly Bree's mom is either:
a) useless
b) very powerful

a = dead
b = High position in The Order

I'm going with b for the time being.

The way I see things with Bree's mom (so far) can be summed up like this:
Everything you thought was true is a lie.
It takes a thousand voices to tell a single story.
