[Question] OpAphid/Cassie - Has Anyone Ever?

Maybe this has been mentioned before, I don't know.

On OpAphid's youtube site, it says "Rumors of MY death have been greatly exaggerated.."

If you look at the Cassie videos that OpAphid made--its pretty clear that the same girl in the Cassie videos is the one who later just shows her eyes in the creepy OpAphid videos.

So...does that mean Cassie is OpAphid? Meaning she's not dead but she's now like an important person in the Order (brainwashed)?

What do y'all think?

hmmmmmm. My impression of that statement was that it might be Gemma who is still alive.

I don't know----there's just a huge deal of videos dealing with Cassie on that youtube site. And the one that says "Cassie does not RIP"...I don't know, it's just very strange to me.

I feel like people have stopped thinking about Cassie. But I think she plays a much bigger part than people realize.

We just haven't figured it out yet.

I don't know, I think Gemma is done. I believe the "eyes" in the OpAphid videos are Cassie's. I think they brainwashed her. If they did and she's now one of them, I guess she truly is dead

No, OpAphid only really referenced Cassie in the beginning as a way to enter into this story. That wasn't about Cassie. It directly was involved in the ARG and it isn't about Cassie, it's about Oppy. It wasn't about Gemma, it wasn't about Cassie.

People havent stopped thinking about cassie, there are many of us who still do, but its merely a reflection of what could have been.
Or just disappointment that because we were origionally affiliated with cassie, we were shunned as participants in OpAphid, not by the OpAphid characters but by the OpAphid players.

The girl isn't Cassie. It's Oppy, right? She said so in a mail. Someone asked if 'she' (the one answering e-mails) where the girl in the videos.

I'll never stop thinking about Cassie though...

I agree Chixor. I still think about dear ol cassie.

ANd btw, I LOVE LOVE LOVE your siggy.

I miss the original, the greatest, CIW. And Ive witnessed the shunning from the Opheads. But to me, even tho CIW had few videos, and left us hanging, I still think it was a million times better than Opaphid ever was. (just my opinion, I AM allowed one of those you know)

Oppy used cassies popularity to start their own story. I could never get into it, I followed it for story reasons related to LG15, especially after "canon day" (which was the most disappointing day of lg15 for me so far)
But it never got me hooked. ANd now with all this bull ish thats going on Im kinda glad I wasnt "acccepted" into the cool Opheads crew.

Im just hoping now with the recent developments, that the whole Oppy story is dropped, abandoned, whatever.. and a better ARG is created with a decent PM, and fair playing for ALL WHO WANT TO PARTICIPATE, not just the "elite" chosen ones. And it would be fabulous if we could finally figure out who this Cassie girl really is.

Ive noticed that too...those OPheads can be quite clicky. very exclusive. I think you need at least a 150 IQ.

Too many Cassies...they make my brain hurt. I try to avoid them, if at all possible...I just lurk down here and read the threads and watch the occasional video
