Audio Problems

Please if anyone can help I need some help asap!
I have a samsung camcorder and I had to buy a Dazzle so I could connect to the computer. I also bought a s video cable to connect the camera and Dazzle. My only problem is every time i try to upload the video to Windows movie maker the sound never works.
Anyone know why or what to do?

I wish I could help you. I always have to PM Wintermute when I'm having technological difficulties. You could try that

Hey I have a samsung too! What model is it?
I don't know what a dazzle is. My camcorder is newer, so I was able to connect with USB and WMM always gets the sound. The quality on the other hand...
I'm going to look up Dazzle now.

Maybe the volume is too low for you to hear it?

I pmed Mute! The volume is fine because I can hook it up to the tv and watch it, its only when I hook it up to the computer. Yeah and I have the dazzle cause my samsung is a older version and doesn't have anything to hook up to the computer with!
