LG15 is a new YouTube partner now so they get money for posting videos. I think thats why the videos are coming out on-time now instead of days later.

If you look to the right hand side of the screenie you'll see Sarah's first video "Crazy Emo Chick". I don't know how YouTube decides which videos go up on the side, but those always have a ton of views. I guess now that LG15 is a partner they'll actually start letting their videos get put up on the top and sides of the YouTube page!!

Ahhh, OK. Thanks Libra; I'm frightfully ignorant on this topic.

Those are just director videos. Apparently, the LG15 accounts have been made into Director accounts.
the Director videos with the most views go on the side.

LG15 accounts have been a director accounts since the beginning. YouTube has recently decided to partner with major business such as CBS, NBA BBC, Warner Bros ect. They also decided to make all "YouTube Celebrities" that have been here from the beginning partners as well. LG15, Renetto, thehill88, ect. They are all partners, it's a way of giving back to the people that have helped YouTube grow.
Sorry I work there so I felt the need to clarify...

I think it's a great thing that they give something back. I heard there's money involved aswell, a share in the advertising income? Is that true?

Yes the negotiations are in the works with actually making money on YouTube. In some instances they have been reached but with other companies i.e. Viacom, they haven't been able to come to agreement. This should hopefully end all the copyright issues.
