probably...
most religions have different sects that believe different things...
take islam for example (easiest example for everyone to understand because of the media):
there are practioners
then there are extremists

3. The watcher hit the wrong target, wasn't aiming at "crazy guy"
1. well, opaphid already proved that the watchers are from the order
2. why would the guy be with the resistance and make bree say that she would do the ceremony?
3. if he hit the wrong target, he would shot again
1 OpAphid may have claimed, that the watchers are from the order, but she never proved anything.
2. You are making an assumption that they guy, who was shot, was one of the guys, who held them captive. Maybe he just tracked them to the desert, and moved in when he saw that they escaped.
3. Only if he still had a clear shot, after getting over the momentary shock of hitting his own man.

Did he actually say they were dead? Sounded to me like he saidsomething like ,you dont want what happpened to your parents to happen to your friend bree. They never actually said what happened to them, they could've just tortured or brainwashed into being obediant.

Arrrrrgggghhhhh..... here be the breakdown.
I guess we always assumed that the Watchers are closely affiliated and part of the Order. The watchers only appeared after Bree left her home. They seem very interested in Bree a person who is important to the Order. (If you were completely seperate why would you care) OpAphid came along and sort of cemented the idea, she used the watcher symbol, she wanted bree for the orders ceremony (via kidnapped Daniel), and she used order personel (lucy, hostage video). It kind of glued the Order and Watchers together.
The last two videos are no proof that this is untrue. I believe it revolves around the fact that the order's kidnapper(same man in all three videos, its more of a stretch to think that its not)(transmitts order faction videos then his is order) is shot by a watcher (per Daniel and garbled video description).
There is more than one reason a watcher would shoot the napper, besides the orders being seperate.
-The napper was sloppy. He let them escape and made the thing much to public.
-The Watcher was a sympathizer, a double agent, or resistance in disguise.
As far as shooting at bree in the first place, not likely they wouldn't want to ruin the prize. They could have killed them long before this.
Don't seperate the watchers from the order just yet there is still not enough proof.

That is actually quite different from "they are dead". He could have not known that lucy had shared that much.

So you agree with me that information is not shared inside the Order. Thanks!

I agree with what a few of you have already said and that is that the watchers are just a seperate faction of the order, put into place to observe and protect Bree
OR....
The watchers are some group from a diff religion that are also interested in Bree and are watching her for her safety or maybe just to look for the characteristics that supposedly make her special. Kinda 5th elementish. Like the order wants her for some bizarre ceremony to corrupt the world and the watchers know she is special and just want to observe her to make sure her "potential" doesn't get used in the wrong way...
Sry to repeat what I'm sure some of you have posted in the past, just had to say it for myself

Yeah I've been thinking about the 5th element analogy for a while too, with different people running after her.

Maybe there are people in the order that don't want to be, but are to scared to leave? Like gangs or something... I dunno...

The Order has always been contradictory (think Gemma), as a way of controlling people. Telling Jonas his parents are alive, and then having another Order member imply that they are dead, is just a way to "psychologically torturing" Jonas. It is meant to break him down mentally, spiritually, and, possibly, physically.
Remember, Gemma said in one video that it "wasn't Bree's choice" and then turned around in the same video and said "it's your choice".
Lucy has always told Bree it's her choice, but yet they kidnap Daniel to try to force her to do the ceremony.
The Order has always been full of contradictions...and let's face it; they aren't the known for being truth-tellers.
