Clues are cool, yeah, but they mean nothing to me if I can't put them in context. I know nothing of Cassie, or what her significance is. What I'd like more than a hint is motivation, I want a reason to put the effort into the puzzle before I bother starting. Right now, after all the hoops that have been leapt through, all we've got is some cryptic wannabe poet that's obsessed with decades-old murders and small-scale doomsday prophecies that really have nothing to do with anything-- big frikkin' deal. When she starts to reveal something human about herself, or at least starts conjuring up some semblance of a cohesive plot, gimme a call.
Pretty much how I feel about the whole thing. I had fun going after the clues, don't get that wrong, but without some kind of cohesive plot, it's really nothing more than geocaching. I'm disenchanted, because although it's exciting to be able to !seek!behold!reveal! it's too much of a let down to bring back the treasure and find out it gets us nowhere.

I still drop by here every couple of days and look around, but I'm spending most of the time in the chat hanging out with the perverts.

I'm really kind of dissapointed, but my boots and pack are by the door. I'm always ready to move.

We were solving the clues at a fairly solid rate, and I think CiW set up their timeline according to that speed. Then, when we missed the first SL clue in the WHERE poem, they had to go back and figure out a new way to get us to SL. Unfortunately, it took them a long time, and I don't think they really knew what to do once they got us there. Not to mention that we came in hordes the like of which SL has never seen. Almost like the Mongols, if the Mongols were naked and riding dancing cows into battle...
Actually, that was CiWs fault. She was posting the anagrams on YT in order, one at a time. The WHERE poem should not have been removed until it was solved.

When I get to the bottom
I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and turn
and I go for a ride

I have always been here.

I got bored with it when she started the second life thing. I don't have second life. I don't want second life. Therefore, i am not help to the game. I sucked at anagrams from the beginning though i did figure out one line all by myself. Yay me. Seems there hasn't been anything outside of the second life clues for awhile. I keep checking back but still no news. I intend to continue checking in but i'm not obsessed anymore. Good luck everyone!

I'm still here occassionally--still haven't given up completely on that last poem.

But OpAphid has posted 3 new vids in the last 24 hours. I don't know how you all feel about him/her, but at least it's something to do while we are waiting/solving anagrams.

And one of the videos sort of seems to take credit for the CiW phonejacking.

It seams as tho the "hype" from cassie has settled due to her own inactiveity.

As for me... I'm still a player... Barely...

Anyone who is still playing, PLEASE come help us finish the anagram poem! We're getting there, but the process is a lot slower when only a couple of people are working on it regularly. Things are heating up in OpAphid, but there's no guaranttee that Cassie's out of the picture for good--we won't know what her plan is until we solve that anagram!

I'm still interested but it got boring so fast with Second Life =\ I'd love to get it going again though if it hasn't been going yet and if it is I'd like to join back on.

I joined the group quite late, so I'm still as interested as ever. I was hoping we might use Second Life for some real-time brainstorming, but I guess the lure of cow dancing and sim sex clubs is just too great.

Tell me, tell me,
tell me the answer;
Cassie may be a lover,
but she ain't no cow-dancer.
